Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged due to our production process, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, when applicable, provide a replacement.

If an item is damaged due to the postal/delivery service, Sanded Treasure is not responsible. In these cases, the sale remains final. Customers may file a claim directly with the carrier.
Custom Designs

All custom design orders are final, without exception. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on any custom-made product.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Sanded Treasure is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers may file a claim with the postal service if needed.
